President’s statement

The International Business Chamber has a clear goal: to generate progress, prosperity, and stability through international business, a strategic mission in an era of intense competition, complex global landscapes, and tensions in a context dominated by nationalism, conflict, and geoeconomic rivalries.

To achieve these goals, the relationship between entrepreneurs and professionals is a key pillar, turning challenges into opportunities. Their synergy drives innovation and resilience in global markets.
The International Business Chamber acts as a catalyst for cooperation, reinforcing trust and stability to navigate today’s complexities.

Former Executive and Director Manager of large multinational companies with also an autonomous path of development of consulting skills with a focus on the financial and industrial world. In his role as Manager he has contributed significantly to the achievement of the set objectives, constantly ensuring that the initiatives met the defined strategic objectives.

Dr. Eng. Giancarlo Castagnoli

Deputy Vice President

Sociologist and Engineer – Professional, Entrepreneur, Investor – Expert in industrial engineering and work sociology. Thanks to a mix of acquired experience, skills, and managerial and consultancy abilities, he has directed and coordinated national and international projects of exclusive opportunity. He has held various managerial positions in trade associations. He has also held the role of Director in bilateral bodies such as the Building Fund and as Director and Administrator of companies providing financial, insurance, and consultancy services to businesses, organizations, and communities. In the past, he has published numerous articles for prestigious technical magazines on Business Organization and Labor Law. He has also been the author of books, texts, and commentaries on work organization, employment, self-employment, atypical work, and labor law. He has dealt with organizational and business development and entrepreneurship and the development of organizational and business models. He currently deals with business development, implementation of business projects, foreign investments, and international transactions.

His career has focused on analyzing and optimizing industrial processes to reduce environmental impact and promote the use of renewable energy sources. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of advanced technologies and various environmental regulations, he is able to provide specialized consultancy for sustainable development projects. He has collaborated with various companies and organizations to design and implement efficient and sustainable energy systems, contributing to reducing operational costs and improving environmental sustainability. His professional approach and dedication to promoting renewable energies make him a reference figure in the sector, capable of inspiring and leading innovative projects aimed at a more sustainable future.

Board Member

President and founder of A.I.S.T.A., an Association whose main objective is to accompany all Economic Entities towards development, with extreme attention to ESG principles (environment, social, governance) in relation to technological evolution. Journalist. He deals with Entrepreneurial Training in both the Public and Private sectors and the promotion of innovative projects. Past President of Astrambiente, International Scientific Association for the Protection of Environmental Resources. Since 1978 he has held, at various levels, Institutional Positions and in particular in various Ministries of the Italian Government (Public Works, Industry, Environment, Community Policies, Economic Development, Economy and Finance).

Dr. Amny Subero Suarez PhD

Board Member

Dr. Amny Subero Suarez PhD in Education and Pedagogy, with a degree also in Physiotherapy. She has developed inclusive methodologies for the education of children with special needs, integrating therapeutic and didactic approaches. She collaborates with organizations that provide physical and emotional support to women in vulnerable situations. Currently, she coordinates motor rehabilitation projects for the elderly and promotes training activities for social workers, aiming to spread more effective and inclusive educational and care practices.
